this is super overdue but then i'm waiting for my hair to dry before i start studying again. speaking of studying, i completely screwed my ethics paper. most probably cos i dun have any ethics but then kan those without any will usually score sial? i shud get a double A+ wan lor. anyway, i didn't finish it and skipped a 10 mark question cos i was too the gelabahs. *stares out of the window into the empty lands vaguely*.

then thought i'd indulge a little by ordering sum warm sake to be shared with lynnie during lunch but then the sake was totally off...tasted like diluted ink off a whiteboard marker. mehhhhhhhh.

Coconut Flower - 26/4/08

It's a place in teluk gong, approximately 16km away from the north port. okay my geopraphy isn't that good either...i just overheard the family saying as we were on the way there for dinner. it's about an hours drive from kajang...and i felt as if i was in PD or the beachside restaurant we went to back during the last trip in Penang. they had little huts for families or groups that wanted more privacy (but then it's still in the open), with little yellow bulbs and very nice plants around (hence, the mosquitoes). but all was good...we were seated upstairs cos we never tot we'd need to prebook.

they had a hearty spread of seafood...and they aren't like those tiny mulnutrient ones u get around town. they were HUGE!!! oh mien...

yeah...just like those restaurants in chinese series where all of a sudden everyone just draws their swords and starts fighting.

mommy reminded me not to put my bag near the edge.

I have been driving (legally) for two decades. One would think I would have noticed the little secret on my dash that was staring me right in the face the whole time. I didn't and I bet you probably haven't either.
Quick question, what side of your car is your gas tank? If you are anything like me, you probably can't remember right away. My solution is to uncomfortably stick my head out the window, strain my neck and look. If you don't do this in your own car you definitely have done it in a borrowed or rental car.
Well ladies and gentlemen, I'm going to share with you my little secret so you will no longer look like Ace Ventura on your way to the gas station or put your neck at risk of uncomfort or injury.
If you look at your gas gauge, you will see a small icon of a gas pump. The handle of the gas pump will extend out on either the left or right side of the pump. If your tank is on the left, the handle will be on the left. If your tank is on the right, the handle will be on the right. It is that simple!
I don't know how you feel right now but when I found out this morning I felt cheated!
Why don't the dealers share such important information with car buyers? I don't understand why this isn't in the drivers ed manual? I don't get why any mechanic I have ever been too or know has even thought of mentioning this to me? The only possible explantion can be that all these people probably don't even know!

Ok...first of all i did not rent my car and i know really clearly the sides of the tank of all the cars that i drive at home. secondly, even if i dunno where the heck the pump is i wont go poking my head out and injuring my neck. thirdly there is sumthing called the rear mirror...or rather even the side mirrors...if still kenot c freaking buy the augmented wan so that everything will be magnified.

i admit i din know about the sign on my dash...but i don't feel as weird as sticking my head out and straining my limbs la...:S
what's the prob with stretching the hose over your car? kenot reach zit? mayb try driving nearer to the stand nxt time. and why dun u just pull the knob, wait for the cover to fling open and look into your rear mirrors instead of sticking your neck out?
just in case...remember to wind down the window the next time u wanna stick your head out ok.

The Divergence...Again

i've once posted about the divergence in my blog but it was about a lost biri-biri that was stuck in the middle of the crossroads not knowing which path to take back to its barn.

i guess i'm now the lost kid.

i attended the last tutorial this morning and handed in my final year project that sumhow marks the end of the 4 year span throughout my university years. fingers crossed that i pass all my papers that concludes it officially at the beginning of may and i'm as free as a bird...

it comes to the thoughts of many on why i hesitate in graduating. i can name countless dominant reasons in a snap of my sweaty fingers. i live a life where i get an amount of money sufficient and comfortable enough for me to last 1 whole month and i get the comfort to enjoy particularly long holidays between my semester breaks. i get to hang out with a bunch of my frens i'm so comfortable with and i need not worry about political affairs that involve bad-mouthing or spurious characters because i know where i stand exactly and who understands me. i get to express my opinions during classes without the need to really take responsibility as it will only be considered as providing my avid reasonings to support my facts and answers and best of all...i do not need to have a rigid working life breaking the wonderful morning momentum by getting myself stuck in an office wearing a collared button down shirt, pants and heels. i can go to class in my garfield tshirt with holes and a pair of shorts okay...(of course i don't la...:D)...and i do not need to worry that i have to work as sumthing i totally have no interest in.

lynnie, datin and sooyin mentioned how emo they were after attending the final lessons this morning. it didn't really sink it to me that it's really about time to start thinking about the future until nat started asking what i really wanted to do. i can never really explain what i want...because it seems pretty surreal...i strongly believe that i would be able to do it but there are circumstances that i would have to meet before doing it and to do that simply means i'd be irresponsible and hard headed?...i feel la...because i've never tried and i might be looking at it in a very shallow way omitting all the complexity that might sink in. but then i wouldn't be contented working in an office around town writing and talking my day away until i get a chance in the far future...maybe...to seize an opportunity in advancing in the business that i want...i knw la daddy always says...'you'd have to start sumwhere low! can't expect too much as a fresh grad'...

i know la...just that to be able to start needs mental preparation and courage. it's a new phase of life...not working on another school project. and everyone around me seems to be incredibly bold in stepping into the working world in another country without the concerns that i have. it's actually the norm in my family to settle down with a secured job, balancing career and family all at once...i love my family...which makes it terribly hard for me to embark on a career away from home...cheh...mengade sial. like datin said...the only problem that's obstructing me is that i can't seem to leave home.

no problem wan okay. i have a home to turn to...and i feel best there. but because of that it sparks concerns...sumtimes too much. so they believe that it's best i stay near. no not they...it's daddy. lol! nat was right over the lunch date we had the other day...she's always right...i know. which makes her the only choice i can run to for the best advice. just that i'm born to always think too big...therefore the ignorance and denial even if deep down i agree. WAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

everyone goes through this phase don't they? why liddat?! can do whatever we like at the correct times kan bagus?!?!?! sien oni waste my time typing so many words...must be the lenny krevitz song...daddy and mommy would most probably cut my allowances down 50% after reading this...WEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

No, I don't mean intelligence.

Ever had a freaking huge tooth forcing its way out breaking and tearing your gum until you can neither bite nor grind in an appropriate manner?

The problem is it does not hatch immediately into a 'masterpiece'. It decides to take its own precious time popping once in a while every few months causing excruciating pain everytime it happens. And it horridly comes in pairs...at both the East and West wing of my mouth.

But I thank god it is not growing vertically...

I spent like...2 hours? munching on the freaking plate of vege and fish and a few pieces of stewed beef during buffet at the boulevard with Nat today.

Please faster pop before finals. If not susah musah...
